How tiring...

Our new place is still a mess. I haven't even done unpacking boxes and yet there are plenty more of stuff coming from PIL's garage that we stored for the past few years. Hubby is planning to rent a Van and pick all the stuff one of this weekend. Plus, more stuff from BIL's and SIL's place in London too. I don't even want to think about it. We will see how things goes. For now, I am busy looking for kitchen wares and seems le creuset are very promising. I have bought few cooking pot and pans a year ago and looks like I needed some new ones. Gotta have some decent plates too for occasional use. Now that we have the space - we are thinking of inviting families and friends over. Glad hubby ordered our plates the other weekend, he got that sorted at last. Oh my, how exhausting moving house is!

Daffodils

I've got loads of Daffodils in my garden that the previous owner left. And besides it, I've got more plants too. It was so kind of them to leave it all behind. I can tell how much they love gardening as it is a very well kept garden. We're lucky! I'm enjoying myself everyday doing a little bit of gardening especially with our very nice weather lately. I can't complain but be grateful for everything that God has given to us. Life is certainly wonderful!

Above photo was me shopping last weekend before Easter. My favourite mall has it spring sales so I dragged hubby out and luckily he didn't refuse although he moaned about me taking forever when looking for stuff. Anyway, all the things I purchased was for my kids and its often the case these days. I've got no time and budget for myself anymore. Poor me, huh? Oh well...

Thanks to mobile broadband

Since we moved we don't have internet connection and the reason for that is we haven't got it installed yet. Also, choosing a provider was a bit of disaster. We used to have Virgin broadband, telephone and TV but unfortunately they haven't got a coverage where we are now. Sky and BT are our option but they are offensively pricey but opted them anyway. We will have Sky for first 12 months then BT broadband and will be installed in couple weeks time. Is that long until I wait to get our internet connection back. Gladly, hubby got me this mobile broadband as part of my mother's day present yesterday. Basically is an internet top-up which I can used for now whilst waiting for the installation. It work perfectly find, fast and really good coverage. Thanks to the hubby who always think of me before everything else. He's awesome!

Home Shopping

Lately, we spent our time in the shops looking and buying furnitures, home accessories and kitchen wares. Gosh, I'm all excited completing our projects and decorating our place to make it more presentable home. I know in time we will be inviting and entertaining family and friends over for dinner as it is our turn to be hospitable to those who were so hospitable and patience to us during those rough tough times of our life. We got so much stuff we need to buy in a very tight budget so, we are kind of looking for bargain or clearances but of course good stuff that are worth to buy. These were the plates and glasses I was eying on.

Home theater dream

Finally we moved! It has been a week now since the big day and it feels awesome to have all this space to ourselves and the kids are loving it. Each of them could have their own bedroom if we choose to but since my boys are still young we thought they can share a bedroom for now so, we can have a spare to use as a playroom instead. The other room next to master bedroom I used as my dressing room and finally, Kath got her dream girly room. Last thing that we all dreamt of for years is having our very own home theater and looks like its going to happen in few months time. Daddy is now busy looking for home theater speakers as he already found the other bits of pieces from our previous shopping spree last weekend. Got some furniture too and oh its too costly moving house, I tell you. But, we will get there in the end.
