What my mum likes...

I remember the days when we used to have pine beds in our old house back in Philippines. My mum loves pine furniture. And if I am not mistaken she still got that pine chairs in her living room. Ah, its been a while since I last visited them so, I am not very updated about whats new to her place anymore. All I know was, and even now that Mum is such a Pine junkie. She buys every furniture in the village as long as it is made of pines. So, now thats an idea for her 60th birthday present. I am going to look a new bed for her because, she might still be using that old one. Knowing her, who refuse throwing old stuff away. My sister told me that when they move house, Mum took every furniture she had with her. Bless her heart!

Time to fix Lunch for little Fella

Since my son started Reception, he gets hungry all the time. It maybe because, he is more active now than before. In his school they implement outdoors activities strictly. So, ever single day, whether good weather or bad, the kids got to go outside to play or run around. Which I think is great idea. My son definitely needs that loosen up a bit. According to hubby, boys are like a dog, they need someone to take them for a walk everyday. Or else, they get wilder inside the house and break things. Anyway, its just 5 minutes to 11am and about to fix his lunch before he come home from school. I know the first thing he'll ask right after he enter the house, "are my food ready, Mummy?"...oh my, he's certainly has a good appetite.

Have I found it?

Today, after picking up my daughter from school, we stopped by in Boots Pharmacy and there, we spent hours looking for eye cream. I have my eyes noticeably dark around and I wanted to treat it badly. Of course, sleeping late every night is not helping. Anyway, all the eye cream I looked today are too costly. I wasn't ready to spend that much if I am in doubt with the product. So, tonight, I was browsing along and stumble this site...http://www.darkcircle-s.com, and it looks promising. Could this be the answer of my problem? A serious dieting plan....

Yay! A serious diet for me this season! Believe it or not, I'm going for a slimming pills that actually work this time. After reading reviews, I've seriously decided which one I go for and hopefully I would last until I actually lose all the fats that I wanted to get rid of. Sounds a bit desperate, huh? Yeah, definitely! At the end of the day, its only me who can make myself look better and feel better. Therefore, I have to try my best and work hard this time so I could go back to what I was before, but also, to be fit and healthy at the same time by still eating proper meals a day, no skipping - just a diet pills.

Undone Chores..

Goodness gracious! I didn't realised what the time is. How quick! Its already 40 minutes passed 9pm and I am still undone pretty much everything that I wanted to do tonight. I have to hang all the finished laundry from the washing machine, fold all the dry ones and tidy all the kids clutter after. Then, I might join hubby in the sitting room and watched our fave TV series, "The Unit". Few episode we have to catch up. Luckily, we have this fancy cable provider that allow us recording programmes and all TV series. Its pretty cool!

Side Effects? No way!

Summer is so over! But, I'm so glad it went so fast because, I've gained so much weight after our daily food feasting. You wouldn't want to imagine how many calories intake me and my friends gained. Its more than enough to consider for liposuction. I would definitely start my diet as soon as possible before I turn into a drum. Now, my aim is to lose all this extra kilos I've put on. But first, I have to find a diet pills that will work for me. I heard about the side effects of lipofuze or is there really? I bet its a good side effects. Pushed her limitations..

My baby girl feel asleep sulking. Its because, I told her off for using and wasting the nail art design which I bought originally for me. I told her from the shop this afternoon when we were shopping, that, if she wants to have some she will have to ask - so I can help her stick it properly on her toe nails. As what is expected and predicted, happened. That's what she get for not listening any word I'd say. Now, she is fast asleep in my bed after the incident, pretty much sulking. But, I might wake her up and explain everything. I wasn't being unfair wasn't I? I was just stating the fact that it cost a lot of money to buy that certain things and its only even few so, might as well use it properly, right? Sometimes kids need to know and understand the border lines. They need to be told once in a while just to make them realised that they're wrong or else they'll continue to do so. My daughter is very good girl, generally. This is just one of the very rare moments. Don't get me wrong I love her to bits, I love all of my kids and I treat them fairly all the time. The only time I raised my voice towards them is when they cross the limit. Apart from that, we are happy! It just a normal thing for a mother to take charge sometimes and I'm sure I'm not the only one, yeah?

just a silent wishes..

There is no secret of how much I love women's dresses these days. Well, what I really mean is, when I was a little younger I used to wear more on jeans and shirt. But now, I'm completely change. As they say, we tend to outgrown of what we usually love wearing as we mature. Not only the colours but as well as the style, the cut and the designs. Nowadays, women are more into dressing up or dress-up to kill. Where I am more into picking and buying whats new in the market. Like the whole new trends to be precise are definitely my thing. I don't know how many cute dresses there is, at the mall last week, that I would love to have - unfortunately, my budget is pretty tight. If only I have all the world's dough. But perhaps, I can wish here silently and who knows someone with good heart and generous soul would grant my secret wish.

PAD redo...

I so wanted to change the interior design of our place but, at the moment, we are in the processed of selling so, I would rather wait until we finally move to a new place. It just that, I have been browsing online lately and saw many eye-catching contemporary furniture that would definitely boost the look of our PAD. I even consider discussing this things to hubby because it might help us sell our flat quickly. We definitely need to redo our bathroom and of course change our carpets. And, as mentioned above, new furniture would certainly help a lot when selling houses. I just hope that Hubby and I will have the same thought and agree of redoing our PAD interior design.

New Layouts? Oh yeah....

I was truly inspired by a friends work after seeing it posted through Facebook. Awesome layouts she has always done - certainly impressive! So, after her captivating works I decided to buy new kits and used it straight away. Series of layouts I made for my youngest. So far, I did 5 layouts but hopefully I can do some more later on. Though, I just want to share a few here and if interested to see the rest then just visit my Flickr album link in my sidebar, also I stated the people whom I gave the credits for designing such a beautiful kits and wordarts.

Sudden Shopping thoughts

I was lying earlier today beside my son's bed trying to put him back to his morning nap and a sudden thought of shopping list came out of the blue. The thought of it all are kind of scary. In my mind, I was silently enumerating the list of things I need to buy for the next few weeks. My daughter's dress for her coming 9th birthday is the first among the list. Not to mention her shoes, accessories, party food and goodies. But, most of all, a party place. I'm not sure where its going to be. Oakwoad leisure is what I am planning. But, I'm just glad that online shopping deals for Black Friday is now on where I can buy all the beautification for my only princess. I'll sure find many things that will be very useful for this special occasion. I better do it as soon as possible for I know I won't be the only one will take this great opportunity to save. Yes, I love a quality bargains!

Food feast with friends...

I invited some friends over in our place this afternoon and we cooked plenty of food. After they left, I managed to ate more and now I felt bloated and breathless. I should have learn a lesson from it that eating too much ain't good especially after 6pm. Definitely ruined my diet for this week again. Well, food are my happiness so, no worries. I just do my diet later presumably after Christmas, haha.

Costumes for this coming halloween

Summer is definitely over, judging by our weather - it is certainly over! Its getting more miserable here and temperature dropped even lower. Bare in mind we are in South East and usually we are a little warmer compare to most part of England. But, this week it's been pretty terrible. Today, was raining heavily the whole day. I'm hoping that by the morning it won't rain because hubby won't be around to drop the kids to school. He'll be leaving early in the morning around 6am to Birmingham for a meeting. Quite a drive but he'll never say NO. That's how hardworking he is. Blessed his cotton soul!

Anyway, I was just suddenly thinking that my daughter's birthday is just after the halloween and it is very soon, only couple months away. She's already had her list of presents she wanted us to buy. I'm quite surprised she haven't asked for some halloween costumes yet. Maybe she's too busy thinking ahead about her birthday. I will see how things goes in couple months time anyway. If I could get some boxes from my PIL's garage then I'll see if they can still fit with their last year's costumes. Its not bad to wear costumes twice or is it? Might be sensible just to save the money instead, more especially when the economy are still a bit dodg these days. As they say, always spend wisely! But as hubby always tell me, money is never an issue when it comes to kids happiness. So, when events like halloween, I think its best to buy new costumes every year. Besides, it don't really cost that much. Few quid per costumes ain't bad at all. It can never break a bank balance, is it?

I miss scrapping...

After seeing a friends layout in FB, it made me realised that I badly need to scrap sooner or later. I miss scrapping and making cool layouts. I've just not visited any scrapping store lately so I haven't seen what's available around. I'm pretty sure there will be more of fall's embellishment and it'll be pretty exciting and inspiring. I'll check it out few of my favourite designers shop tomorrow after dropping the kids to school. For now, I think its best to go to sleep as it is already 20 passed 1am. Yay, late bedtime for me again. [my bad]....

Its always useful

My big sister's friend back home opened a new restaurant bar in the City. She is my family's closed friend so when it was officially opened my sisters we're all invited. When I see the pictures posted in FB, I was stunned with the place. Its beautifully decorated and well designed inside out. Credit to the Architect whoever he/she maybe. But there is one thing important that is missing and guess what it is? Believe it or not, its the thing that make the whole place secure. My gosh, who would have thought that after the big talk about installing security cameras when it was still under construction that in the end, they would seriously forgot about it? Gracious me! How terrible! As we all knows the importance of securing business buildings and offices. That is why security cameras are a must-have these days. Some people even used it as a personal used. Everyone should take a note that without security cameras, there will always be a risk.

Good Investment starts here...

I have never been crazy over gold jewelries but I have always want to invest for gold bars ever since I was a teenager. When I finish high school and started working, my boss had this sideline investment that buy and sell gold bars. It was pretty amazing how much the profit he made over the years. He was truly a very inspiring man and I always admired the way he run businesses and investing money because he had always succeeded. He never went for low profit investment. He always go for the big ones but with an absolute thought before hand. Gold bars was his secret for becoming a rich man. Since then, I have this in my mind that one day when I start my own business I would go for gold bars. And now, is the time!

Overload but Love pays it all

I don't know where to start for I've got tons of stuff needed to be sorted here from my end. Its like I been away for weeks but the sad truth is, I was only away for 5 days and that left me a stocks of laundry that need to be wash and iron. Goodness, what a life to have! Complaining? Oh no! Why would I? Huh? I have nothing to complained about - in fact, I am grateful for all these opportunities that "HE" has given me. I been to places that I didn't think its possible before. I have the most amazing family (husband and kids too) and life for me is simple but not as easy as everyone thought. But, I know I can manage it all. I have been here for over 5 years and yes life back in Philippines was much easier with tons of help from friends, neighbors, relatives and many more. But the ultimate bonding I have with my husband and kids are priceless. I wouldn't swap it for the world. Even if it means I got overload of chores everyday with it. I can happily say, I can and I will do everything for them, always.
