Christmas is just few days away..

123....it's nearly the end of countdown! Honestly, I am excited but as usual I am not ready. I haven't even bought a gift for the hubby yet. I just don't know which one would he really prefer to have this year. Hubby and I haven't done all the shopping too for the rest of the family. We have this family tradition every year and exchange gifts during christmas or boxing day whoever we see first. Last year we had our Christmas @ MIL's place and boxing day @ FIL's place and this year is the other way round. It always work like this. So, we planned to live here in our place @ 4pm in Christmas eve the 24th and hopefully I could drop by in the shop and do my last minute shopping. At least I have ideas for hubby's present but only that, I am confused whether to get him PS3 player or Ebook reader. I just want to suprised him as I always do every year. But this year is the most exciting ideas I have. I'm quite excited myself to see how's he reaction when he opens it. But I haven't really bought it yet I just need some assurance that this is what he really wants. I've seen him getting hook on to these gadgets while we were out shopping once or twice and how he would love to have it. I think that was a good hints for me, wasn't it? So, all I need is a time for myself to go shopping without kids in tow. I was gonna do it today as I only stay at home but the kids are with me and I know they won't shut their mouth once they know what I am buying for their Daddy and it surely ruin the surprise that I plan.

In the other hand, I have to pack our stuff tonight so we won't panic by Wednesday and Thursday. Tomorrow, I'll have my pre-natal appointment at 11:30 then will head to work after and won't be finish 'til 8pm which I thought was quite late. By thursday morning I'll be working very early 6am to 12:30 at noon. That is why I am so keen to get my packing done so right after work we could go last minute shopping straight away. That'll be my only chance to buy hubby's present and of course my boys outfit for Christmas photoshoot.

Anyway, I'm so looking forward to be done with all these pressure and stress. It would be so nice to just chill and relax on Christmas day without thinking about shopping. The day that I would pig out and eat whatever is on the table especially the Roast turkey and christmas pudding. And the most exciting part will be, the gifts opening especially the stockings from Santa. It's certainly the magic of Christmas. Well for the kids especially who believe that Santa would always bring presents to the good ones. They can't wait and so do I. To see them jumping with joy and excitement once they'll see their stockings full of presents from Father Christmas. Then will attend a mass in the nearby church of England. Ugh, isn't holiday season awesome? Once you've done the things that needed to be done then you can just sit back and relax the whole day and enjoy everyone's company. Laughter, chit-chatting, arguments after one or two glass of wine then made one before opening presents, lol. Eating is my big thing, I so love Christmas food and this year I can eat whatever I fancy because I have a reason to be fat. I worry about losing weight right after giving birth, hahaha. I would probably suggest hubby to get me a treadmill for my birthday presents, lol.

Caught a Bug......

Bang-up nose is very irritating! I'm really snooty for I can't breathe well enough during night time. I got this bug from my son for sure. He was under the weather for couple of days and he surely passed the bugs around and it's my turn. I'd thought I have a strong immuned system but now I doubt it. I've caught a bug and what is annoying most is I got to go to work tomorrow. The last thing I want to do is blowing and sneezing while serving my customers. Ugh, this is no fun at all and I am so grumpy at the moment because I couldn't even blow this mucos out. It's so irritatingly runny. I had some Lemzip, a whole roll of tissue and about 10 oranges with plenty of water. How I wish it would just gone away tomorrow. I just couldn't bare the thought of being so irritable at work tomorrow - it'll be terrible!

Anyway, I have to go to bed now because in 5 hours time hubby will be waking me up as he is going to drop some friends off to the airport. I've heard they're going to spend their christmas at their relatives in Mexico and will spend few days in Cancun just as well because they could get a quite good deal of accomodation for sure in any cancun hotels especially in this time of year.

Catching up with my digital scrapping lately. I know I plan to order my first ever Photobook but before I'll do I want to make sure that I am satisfied with the contents I put on it. So, I am trying to made as many layouts as I can and pick the best ones to put through. Hay, it is somehow tiring but at the same time it is very fulfilling to see the result of your hardwork. Though I spend quite a lot in buying kits every month but like others I couldn't resist the temptation especially with the amazing products from my favourite designers. Ugh, as long as I am happy of what I spend with then it shouldn't be a problem. So far, I have no regrets spending few bucks here and there buying digital scrapping kits. I know that I could use it again and again. It is worth every penny I spent, no doubt with that. So, here's my layout this month. Not all new photo mostly are my old ones from previous holiday season but haven't used them to any of my layouts before.......

Holiday Season

Gosh, can't beliece how manic it is today in the mall. People are just everywhere and too crowded for us to shop especially with the kids in tow. Unbelievably full the mall today and even in the high street you couldn't swing a cat. Festive season is one of my fave occasion to celebrate but to go out shopping, I doubt it. If I had choice I'd rather wait until it's over. We didn't even got a chance to look at our fave store because we couldn't get through it. Not even a chance to take a glance so we stayed inside the mall and hopped around from one store to another. Got few things that we needed and a wellington boots for babygirl. Our target was to buy the rest of the presents for the family but we didn't succeed so, hopefully we can get a chance by next week. Just too difficult to pick for the boys - no idea what they all want this year. Anyway, we couldn't stop looking at these exam tables - we thought hubby's nephew could somewhat benifit from this. Might as well keep the link for future reference. If I was not mistake his Mum is looking for something like it so, perhaps this is a good source.

One of my dream Place to Visit...

is Florida. It's a beautiful friendly state as far as I know from different sources. It got the lovely weather all year round that every people envy. Definitely a must-see because with its awesome climate as well as beautiful white beaches and not to mention shopping centre. No wonder why its one of the most visited State in America. I've also heard how retiree's wish to leave in the specific State - its no suprise because of its tropical-like weather. Oh, must not forget the Disneyland of course. I must go there before I hit 30 because I think I'm behind the game. Some people visited the place when they were only 7 or maybe younger for sure. And me? Turning 28 and still unsure when I can visit that wonderland. Hubby thinks we have to wait until our youngest will turn 2 to make the trip worth but I'm not sure. I just couldn't wait that time but as they say, "Patient is a virtue" so Florida and Disneyland can wait! Hmmmmmm, will see.......maybe we will have a sudden florida vacations in a year. Or am I just dreaming! Should put it number 1 in our list of place to visit.

Scrumptious Boiled Cassava

It was such a delight when I visited Crystal Palace where hubby's brother and family lived. The highlight of the day was this scrumptious boiled cassava that I long to eat for years. Never did I thought I could eat one without going back to my homeland. If not because of a good co-filipino who worked with hubby's brother who bought a fresh Cassava for me I would have still craved it until now. It was such a great honour for me that there is someone who actually care of my cravings. Ah, that was the best food I had for a long. How wonderful it was! Now, I am thinking to take a trip back to Crystal palace just to buy that fresh Cassava. Can't find it here in our area so, it was truly a surprised.

Bad Season

I am not surprised the cold weather as it is winter but I am not happy with the rain. I don't mind some days of rain as long as not everyday because its tiring. I am hoping day after day to wake up in the morning with dry day but this month has been very miserable and I'm disappointed. Tomorrow, it is forecasted to rain all day again - how terrible is that? The people here has been talking about global warming and climate change - I don't know which is true all I know our weather here in Britain sucks and that is a certain facts! Weather like this makes me want to go away and enjoy some warm weather half-way round the world. How I wish for an orlando vacations this season? It would be a great place to escape from this miserable weather. How I would love the idea only that I have no choice but wait for that right time because aside from our financial situation I'm also pregnant. Just a thoughts perhaps - a little fantasy that somehow only exist in my little world. Anyway, I hope the weather will get better before christmas though.
