I can already scent Christmas:)

Yay! It's the end of August and September is fast approaching - it means only one thing and its what everyone anxiously waiting for every year, none other than....Christmas! I know I am too excited but this is what I always feel when the ber months start. All I could think of is Christmas. What it'll be like this year? Would I see lots of exciting event? Are there any loads of Christmas lights around? In Philippines we tend to celebrate it in a lavish way. That is what I can always recall and I so missed the way we celebrate Christmas back home. But infairness, we tend to celebrate it here with family and of course exchanging gift is always the most exciting parts. Ah, I gotta start making a list because I wanted to be organise this year. I already have few request from my kids what they like to have and Daddy as always not telling me what he want. So, I just have to guess and I might even get him this plasma mounts because he needed one for his new TV in our bedroom. Hay, I certainly be broke after Christmas, well not me but Daddy, hehehehe.

Bad Traffic at M25

Hubby just rang me an hour ago and he was informing me that he will not be home in time for dinner. He was not a happy Bear because he is stock at M25 (motorway). According to the traffic news it was due to the accident and fuel spillage that caused that bad traffic. So, I guess me and my son will just go eat ahead otherwise our food will get cold. If hubby is lucky he'll get out that bad traffic within 2 hours or hopefully less. He'll definitely ring me again soon for updates.

Life Insurance

Hubby always talks about our future and he told me that everything should fall into place when he's gone and I should not worry because me and the kids will be alright. A chat like this don't often come in his mind because he knows how scared I get of losing him. But he said, life has it ends and so he made sure that we are fully covered by our life insurance. Ah, I shouldn't worry at all because I know that we still have so many years together and I know that we will grow old together and see our grandchildren growing. This is what I always pray more than anything in this world.

Today's Rambling

I had my check up today or shall I say prenatal. Yeah, we heard the heartbeat again and it was just amazing. We're glad to hear that baby's heartbeat is normal and by next month we should find out our little one's gender. Oh, everything went well and so relief to find out that all my blood test result was negative so now I can stop worrying about it.

After our check-up we stopped by at our favourite Cafe and had our brunch while hubby is waiting for his car to be done. He put it on the Garage to have the tire replace and it cost him a lot of money but it has to be done so it can be legal to run it. Anyway, after our brunch we had a quick look on Mackays to see if there is some dresses available for our Kath to wear in the theatre tomorrow but didn't see anything that we like instead we bought her a checkered skirt and a black top as well as leggings. Then we picked up the car and head back home before hubby went to work. While packing my Kath's stuff, I was all snooty because she can hardly fit to most of her clothes. It's annoying and frustrating to see her bulging belly. Hubby as always reminded me that it is only baby fat and soon will fade away as she grows. I should hope so, otherwise I'll put her on diet together with Daddy. [SIGH].

Anyway, Grandpa picked her up around 4pm and now we missed our babygirl but we know she will have loads of fun in London tomorrow.

New Layout

I was bored looking at my old layout and I thought of changing it for a while but then I had no time until tonight. Just got some free templates online and tsada....here it is....

Anyway, I am not completely finish as I have to add more blings and maybe add a self-made header when I got a chance to do it, hopefully by tomorrow. For now this will do and hope this will not bore me anymore.

Add anouncement: I am now 16 weeks and 3 days and not long from now I'll know what the gender of my baby. Sounds exciting, eh? Plus another great news my family got already my package and they are all happy with the goodies I sent. Well, last but not the least, hubby got his best diet supplements today from his suppliers and that should last him for 6 months. That's about it and I am off to bed now. Had to get up early in the morning and get the kids ready on time for their beach outing with Granny.

Life is exciting....

I have so many things I wanted to share but always forgot them for I am so hooked up in so many things online before updating my blog then I get tired and forgot about it. Nah, I just can't thank enough for how blessful we are this year. As you know I am expecting, right? So thats the most wonderful thing happened to us this year. My daughter had done so well with her school and we couldn't be more proud. This september she'll be joining into Junior school and my son will still be in playgroup too. Life as a Mum is very busy, tiring, yet joyful and rewarding. One more exciting thing is, hubby is now starting his diet. He's been dieting for a week now and lost about a kilo already. My gosh! His target is to lose at least 50 pounds in 6 months and I hope he'll carry on with it. It really made me so happy to think that he is going to lose that excess meat he put on since we're back from Phils. I am quite settle with that he is using right now as he has all the best weight loss supplements plus all the vitamins that comes with the diet plans. I have been nagging him and now he's up for it. Way to go Daddy!

Catherine? Christine ? Cristina? Hazel? Which one is it?

Oh my god it confused everyone at work and did confuse me too, lol. Which one is it really? I'm talking about my name here. No one seems to know which is my real name because everyone is calling me different ones. My Team Leader called me Cristina all the time and if I saw friends shopping in the store they called me Hazel. One of my workmate called me Catherine and other team leader even called me Chelsy which derived my surname Cheesley. My gosh, it is confusing people, lol. Everyone thinks I have so many identity. Well, is it them who called me wrong names and I don't usually correct them because I let them realise first that it was not my name. I'm alright about Cristina as it is just a spanish version of christine. Well, I am officially Christine but since birth until college I was Hazel. Only until when I got married I found out that my real name is Christine according to my birth certificate. It's a long story! So had used what's on birth cert as it was the legal one. We had to pay Lawyer to proved that Hazel and Christine is one person only. It took time but all worth it as I am now legally named Christine but as usual still using my previous name that I got used to which is Hazel. But at work they called me different names so it is up to them really. Its not a problem with me, lol. So, here we go we get to the point. I hope this explained!

His Obssessions

Hubby just bought his Samsung HDTV 50 inches last year. Now, he is looking for another one and that being said, this time not only 50 inches and 100 hrts but the latest Samsung LED that's just being out recently. His definitely obsess of televisions and can't help himself about it. I can understand him because I am kinda obsess of so many things as well namely, handbad, shoes, gadgets and etc. So, I can't blame him for having one obssession in life as long as its not women I'll be fine with it, lol.

Off for a Short summer break ....

We are about to leave for our short summer break soon. We are kinda visiting few places. How we wish we can go for an rv camping? Well, we thought about it, will just see how our holiday goes depending on the weather forecast of course. As of the moment, it is still gloomy and a bit windy. We are hoping that it might start to brighten up a bit tomorrow so by Monday we will start our first day and will stop by some places on the way, as plan. It's only a short one and we want to make the most of it. I am moaning about the weather but according to hubby it's the family time and bonding is what matters most. The kids are really keen on camping but hubby was not sure about it. As I said we will just see.
